How to Look Great at a Family Party

Looking good is a good way to make a great impression on people. Read this how-to and find out about how to look good at a family party.

Decide what you will wear. Pick out your clothes a day or 2 before the party. If it's a formal party, guys should wear tuxes and girls wear dresses. If it's a casual party, guys can wear probably jeans and a t-shirt and girls can wear jeans and a cute t-shirt and light jacket.

Find out what part of your family will be hosting the party. Who will be there? The more people that are at the party, the more of an impression you'll make.

Shower Up. Take a shower, not a bath. Shampoo and condition your hair. Rinse it all out and get your hair squeaky clean. Wash your bodies with a washcloth and soap. Then get out and towel-dry your hair. For girls, try styling your hair. Use a little hairspray and gel, but not too much.

Get dressed. For girls, don't put on a pink or green or even a yellow or blue bra. When you go to a family party, you probably want to look grown-up. So, in case your bra straps stick out, wear a black bra, you will look more grown-up. For guys, wear squeaky clean black shoes. Black shoes always look nice with a tux. If you go casually, wear either nice,clean, merrals or even sneakers.

Apply makeup. For girls, if you are eating out, you can still add lip make-up. To make your lips look nice, apply chapstick, then lip stick, and a little bit of lip gloss. Use light brown or green eyeshadow and pink blush. You can if you want apply mascara and eye-liner. Add earrings to complete your outfit. For guys, apply chapstick and vitamin E cream.

Smile and be confident. Being confident always help to boost up your attitude. Also, be polite and smile. No burping, swearing or eating like a wild animal. Just try to smile, have fun, laugh, hug and kiss your relatives, stay confident. At the end of the party, smile and say thank-you and leave.
